The third session of the series of pre-conferences on accompanying economy with health in the Corona environment was held as a webinar with the speech of Mr. Mohammad Javad Kabir, “Associate Professor of the Department of Health and Social Medicine and Head of the Health and Social Development Research Center” dated 06/19/2019.
In this meeting, the following matters were discussed.
The importance and role of the system of providing financial resources in the system of providing health services is very important from various dimensions, and we consider the stability of providing services in the health system to depend on the system of providing financial resources. If the continuation of the health service system is to have the necessary guarantee, then there must be a system of supplying appropriate resources with the necessary guarantee in the health service system. On the other hand, the economic evaluation of health services is very important, and considering the emphasis on the prioritization system in the context of basic services, it can help to have a stronger and more appropriate determination in the resource supply system. This means that we are committed to provide equal access and benefits to the people in the health service delivery system. Therefore, to realize this, we need tools to use these tools for financing.
One of the important issues is to identify the head of allocable resources. For this reason, the resources that we have in the budget and we plan how these resources can be provided to the health service delivery system.
In this webinar, the financing of the health system and its economic problems during the covid-19 pandemic were discussed.
